Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL
Experience designing APIs or distributed systems
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
Experience building modern frontend applications with React
Experience contributing to React Native mobile applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Design full-stack applications that power our internal platform across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences.
Develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL to support our growing business needs.
Build responsive React web applications and contribute to React Native mobile features that help our care teams work more efficiently.
Collaborate with product users and stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and translate them into practical, high-quality software solutions.
Implement new features from concept through deployment while writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our platform.
Deploy and support applications within AWS while contributing to architecture decisions that strengthen our technology foundation.
Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver innovative technology that improves the care experience for our employees and the seniors we serve.
