About The Position

In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining robust software solutions that drive our aircraft systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET / C#, modern front-end frameworks, database management, domain-driven design, and test-driven development. Experience working within cloud-based environments and deployment pipelines is a plus. This position is a temporary to possible permanent role that must be worked on-site.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in .NET / C# for backend development.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, including Postgres and SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Design Principles: Experience designing and building systems using clean architecture principles, including domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS patterns, and service-oriented design.
• Development Practices: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within cloud-based environments and deployment pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working with a monolith architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications using .NET / C# and Vue.
• Design Principles: Experience designing and building systems using clean architecture principles, including domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS patterns, and service-oriented design.
• Database Management: Develop and manage relational databases using Postgres / SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Deployment & Environments: Work within established CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments to support application deployment and reliability.
• Domain-Driven Design: Apply domain-driven design principles to create scalable, maintainable, and effective software solutions.
• Test-Driven Development: Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
