About The Position
RetailReady (YC W24) is an AI-powered supply chain compliance engine that has raised a $3.3M seed round. We are building world-class software to disrupt an antiquated industry, tackling everyday challenges for real people in the supply chain. Our work has a tangible impact, such as helping Walmart restock baby formula, assisting a health & beauty brand's growth, and empowering warehouse workers with technology. The retail compliance space is characterized by archaic supply chain systems with poor UX, lengthy onboarding processes, and outdated tech stacks. Compliance is fragmented across brands, warehouses, and retailers, and RetailReady is the first to market to solve operational retailer compliance within a warehouse. The co-founders have operational, product, and engineering backgrounds from companies like Stord, Microsoft, and Manhattan Associates, and have secured significant customers like Saks Fifth Avenue and Brümate within two months of launching.

Responsibilities
- Travel occasionally to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives
- Serve as a full stack developer
- Take ownership of technical decisions of RetailReady
