About The Position

SS&C is seeking a mid-to-senior Full Stack Software Engineer for its Trust Application Development team. The role contributes to development, modernization, and support of an enterprise Trust accounting and financial technology platform. The engineer will translate complex business and financial requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions, while understanding the operational and client impact of application changes. The position involves full-stack development using Microsoft .NET/.NET Core, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. The engineer will work with existing C++ components as needed and help modernize legacy systems toward web, API, microservices, and service-based architectures. The role also includes developing AI-enabled capabilities, integrating enterprise AI platforms and LLM services, and applying AI practices within security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance requirements. The engineer will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment throughout the software development life cycle. Financial technology experience is valuable; direct Trust accounting experience is desirable but not required for candidates with relevant financial technology experience and the ability to learn the domain.
