About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking a talented Software Engineer responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. This role involves utilizing software development and design methodologies to build and conduct simulations in test and development environments. The engineer will provide specific input to software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software modules. Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills are crucial. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate the ability to follow through, stay motivated, and collaborate effectively with others to successfully complete assignments.

Requirements

  • Fourteen (14) years’ of relevant experience in software engineering, modernization, or solution architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with Front End technologies such as REACT.
  • A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills.
  • Ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow-through and stay motivated.
  • Ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities
