About The Position

Netic is seeking Full-Stack Software Engineers for a 12-week internship program, available to start between winter of 2026 and summer of 2027. The role involves building features that integrate AI into the Netic platform, making complex AI simple and delivering value to essential service industries. Interns will work with a team of experienced builders from top companies and institutions, contributing to bringing frontier AI to the physical economy. The position requires technical excellence, customer empathy, and end-to-end ownership of feature delivery.

Requirements

• Proven product builder with the ability to deliver user-facing software at scale through multiple release cycles.
• Full-stack fluency, comfortable with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Customer empathy, with a track record of translating stakeholder goals into technical specifications and products.
• Founder-level ownership: ability to run toward ambiguity, write clean code quickly, and learn from failures.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain architectural trade-offs and business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• AI experience, including hands-on work with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns, or a strong desire to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic's AI platform.
• Work closely with customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and translate pain points into features.
• Drive projects from specification to production, including data models, APIs, front-end development, and post-launch iteration.
• Build, test, and monitor features in production to ensure reliability and performance.
