About The Position

In this role, you’ll provide direct, high-impact support to the RECON team within CNO, working side by side with mission partners to design and deliver capabilities that matter now. This position aligns squarely with Intelliforce’s core strengths in full-stack engineering, rapid mission integration, and close customer collaboration in high-consequence environments. Schedule and Work Details Location: R&E Schedule: Full-time, mission-driven schedule Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required) Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include You integrate with multiple product teams, systems, and technology stacks to deliver mission-critical solutions. You gather requirements directly from users and stakeholders and translate mission needs into practical software improvements. You design and implement intuitive user interfaces and workflows that support fast-paced operations. You independently drive feature development from concept through deployment, owning the full development lifecycle. You collaborate closely with customers and teammates, adapting quickly as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree. Eight or more years of software engineering experience delivering solutions in complex, mission-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated flexibility across the full technology stack, including UI/UX, middleware or APIs, backend services, and DevOps.
  • Experience developing with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
  • RESTful web application development experience using both Spring Boot and Python-based frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite.
  • Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting CNO missions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments.
