About The Position
Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Java) - Level II. This is a W2 Contract position for a government client, with local candidates highly preferred. The role requires extensive experience in full stack development using various technologies and frameworks, including .Net Framework, .Net Core, J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, Web Services, Databases, and web application development. Experience with SOA Design patterns, Microservices Containerization (Docker or OpenShift), various Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, No SQL), Object-Relational Mapping frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. The position also emphasizes the importance of demonstrating solutions through documentation and clear code.
Requirements
- 12 Years of Total work experience.
- 8 years of Relevant experience.
- Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Developer
- 7 years' experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using .Net Framework, .Net Core, J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C# or similar modern OO programming language, Web Services, Database, or web application development.
- More than 5 years' experience working on complex projects including developing applications using SOA Design patterns, Microservices Containerization using Docker or OpenShift, Databases (including SQL Server, Oracle, and No SQL Databases) and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks and experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

- More than five (5) years' experience in developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) to include experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
- More than five (5) years' experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages such as Java Script, jQuery, Angular, react; demonstration of solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- One to two years of experience in code reviews, technical documentation, Test Driven Development, and automated testing / unit testing frameworks while maintaining regulatory compliance.
