About The Position

At Intelliforce, we build and integrate technology where mission impact is immediate and measurable. This role directly supports the RECON team within CNO, working side by side with mission partners to design and deliver solutions used in real operations. You’ll be part of Intelliforce’s core full-stack engineering capability, known for rapid delivery, close customer collaboration, and solving complex problems in fast-moving environments. Schedule and Work Details Location: R&E Schedule: Full time, mission-focused Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required) You’ll integrate with and contribute to a wide range of teams, systems, and technology stacks. You’ll gather requirements directly from users and improve existing corporate tools to better support mission workflows. You’ll take time to understand the customer’s mission, collaborate with teammates, and quickly turn needs into working solutions. You’ll design and build reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows, and you’ll independently drive feature development from concept through deployment, owning the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • A minimum of eight years of software engineering experience supporting complex systems in mission-focused environments is required.
  • Experience developing across the full stack, including UI, middleware or APIs, backend services, and DevOps.
  • Experience with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
  • RESTful web application development using both Spring Boot and Python-based frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite.
  • Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Prior experience supporting CNO missions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments.
