About The Position

At Intelliforce, we support missions where reliability, trust, and secure access are non negotiable. As a Full Stack Developer, you will build and sustain a mission critical web application supporting CNO goals. You will work side by side with analysts and developers to deliver tailored automations, integrate new automations into the platform, and improve system performance and maintainability. You will own work across the full development lifecycle from design through deployment and long term support. Schedule and Work Details Location: Government or contractor facility in the Ft. Meade, MD area, R&E environment Schedule: 40 hours per week, normal day shift hours Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years of experience in place of a degree
  • Full stack development experience delivering production web applications
  • Backend development using Python frameworks such as Django
  • Experience building REST APIs and reusable libraries
  • Front end development using React, Vue, or Next
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to learn internal systems unique to CNO
  • Experience using Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting CNO environments
  • Containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as NiFi, Dagster, or Airflow
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including automated testing and CI CD workflows
  • Linux experience
  • Jupyter Notebooks

Responsibilities

  • Partner with analysts and developers to understand needs and translate them into features
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable full stack solutions aligned to mission goals
  • Build and maintain backend services, custom libraries, and REST APIs
  • Develop front end interfaces that support analyst workflows and operational use cases
  • Improve and optimize existing code for performance, maintainability, and reliability
  • Own the full development lifecycle for assigned features and projects
  • Write and execute tests, support deployments, and troubleshoot production issues
  • Automate development tasks and help mature CI CD workflows and engineering standards
  • Support integration of new automations into the system
  • Use Jira and Confluence to track work, document decisions, and align across the team
