About The Position

At Intelliforce, we support missions where reliability, trust, and secure access are non negotiable. This SWE 3 role supports HPDA, PHIT, and K8 tasking. Despite the SWE label, this position is not software development centric. The work is DevOps focused and supports a large multi tenant containerized Kubernetes High Performance Computing as a Service platform in a large Linux computing environment. You will drive operations and maintenance work across installation, configuration, integration, monitoring, and sustainment. Schedule and Work Details Location: NBP Schedule: 40 hours per week, normal day shift hours Telework: Limited, tasking dependent with USG approval Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, plus 5 years of SWE experience on similar scope programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, plus 7 years of SWE experience on similar scope programs
  • 9 years of SWE experience on similar scope programs in lieu of a degree
  • Strong DevOps interest and experience, focused on O and M and platform sustainment
  • Linux command line proficiency
  • Scripting experience using Bash and Python
  • Python and Java development in a Linux environment
  • General HPC knowledge across compute, network, memory, and storage components
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting COTS, GOTS, and FOSS in Linux
  • Containerization experience with Docker and containerd
  • Kubernetes experience supporting production environments
  • Experience administering bare metal Kubernetes clusters in Linux
  • Infrastructure as Code experience using Ansible and Terraform
  • CI CD experience using GitLab CI or similar tooling
  • Git version control experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, integrate, and sustain a multi tenant containerized Kubernetes HPCaaS platform
  • Perform operations and maintenance across a large Linux computing environment
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python
  • Develop and support Python and Java workflows in a Linux environment
  • Install and support COTS, GOTS, and FOSS software, libraries, and packages
  • Administer Kubernetes clusters on bare metal
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform
  • Support CI CD workflows using GitLab CI and modern development practices
  • Use Git for source control and change tracking
  • Monitor platform health and performance, then respond to issues and tuning needs
  • Produce clear documentation for configurations, procedures, and sustainment
