About The Position

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a product-aligned team focused on building and evolving key features that support real-world healthcare workflows. These teams work closely with Product and Design to deliver solutions that directly impact our users — healthcare professionals and their patients. You'll contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities that support the continuous evolution of our platform. From modernizing existing components to introducing innovative features, your work will help push healthcare technology forward. Requirements

A college or university degree in software development, computer science, or a related field
4+ years of experience in building and deploying software systems, ideally with exposure to cloud environments (experience with Azure is a plus)
Familiarity with software architecture concepts and hands-on experience implementing scalable solutions
Experience with test automation (unit, integration, front-end), CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices
Front-end development experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
Solid understanding of SQL Server, SQL programming, and performance tuning
Experience with .NET development and C# programming
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Awareness of secure coding practices and application-level security fundamentals
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluency in both French and English

Nice To Haves

Experience with Azure is a plus

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of front-end and back-end functionality that delivers value to our users and supports business goals
Participate in evaluating tools, frameworks, and design approaches that balance technical needs with long-term maintainability
Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code, and engage in code reviews to improve your work and support team standards
Share ideas and feedback to help improve how we build, test, and deliver software
Work closely with senior developers to gain technical insights, ask great questions, and develop your skills through mentorship and collaboration
Take responsibility for your tasks, follow through on commitments, and proactively seek help when needed to keep projects moving forward
