About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our SDK & Extensibility squad. This role is crucial for ensuring our platform can be customized by customers without requiring external development or waiting on our roadmap. The team is responsible for the Platform's SDK, customizable data model, extension marketplace, and an AI assistant for accessibility. The work involves a serverless ecosystem of microservices on cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Typescript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure-as-code. The squad manages four key projects: Platform SDK for building custom automations and integrations, Custom Objects for defining tenant-specific data types, an Extension Marketplace for third-party distribution, and an AI-Native Extension Builder for conversational extension creation. Responsibilities include maintaining extension sandbox security, designing and deploying GraphQL APIs, and collaborating with other squads.

Requirements

At least five (5) years of experience in the Javascript web ecosystem (Typescript is a big advantage).
Experience with the React library.
Experience with Node.js.
Proven experience building with Coding Agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
Care for long-term, sustainable architectural decisions.
Known as a team player with impeccable work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or plugin/extension systems.
Experience with sandboxing, Web Workers, or isolated execution environments.
Experience with GraphQL.
Familiarity with the design of AI coding tools or LLM-based code generation.
Strong intuitions about AI product design — you think about failure modes, edge cases, and user trust.
Interest or expertise in functional programming.

Responsibilities

Keep the extension sandbox safe and reliable, so anything built against the platform can’t take down the rest of the application.
Design, develop and deploy GraphQL APIs consumed by external developers, internal squads, and AI systems alike.
Collaborate closely with other squads who build on top of your primitives — from the workflow builder to individual feature squads extending their own modules.
