About The Position

Penbrothers is an HR and remote talent management partner that connects Filipino professionals with global opportunities. Its client is a Massachusetts-based organization that builds custom visualization dashboards for school districts, municipalities, and education nonprofits, helping leaders make data-informed decisions. The client describes its culture as open, collaborative, service-oriented, and committed to learning, with diverse perspectives valued. The developer will refactor and reengineer the Partner Portal as the product and its scope grow, build features and enhancements, and optimize the full stack to improve user experience and product functionality. The role calls for quality-focused development, thoughtful feature implementation, attention to user experience, and strong security awareness. This is a fully remote role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine time. The schedule may be adjusted for daylight saving time, operational requirements, or official time zone policy changes, with advance notice.
