About The Position

We're looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join a fast-moving team focused on developing and scaling new digital products. You'll take ownership of initiatives from idea to production, combining product thinking, full-stack development, and AI-powered tools to deliver solutions that create real value for users. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building customer-facing software products in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments, with strong end-to-end ownership from idea to production
• Strong full-stack engineering background with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native, Angular, or similar) and backend development using Java or comparable technologies
• Strong product and engineering instincts with experience building AI-enabled products and actively using modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar) to accelerate delivery
• Proven ability to take ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from concept to production independently, making clear technical and product trade-offs in fast-moving environments
• Strong communication skills with experience working in lean, cross-functional teams and influencing product direction across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from problem definition and solution design through development, launch, and validation with real users, ensuring successful business outcomes beyond feature delivery
• Build and deliver AI-native products, leveraging AI tools and technologies throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate prototyping, decision-making, and delivery
• Develop, scale, and maintain full-stack applications, transforming early-stage prototypes into production-ready solutions that are stable, scalable, and capable of supporting real customer usage
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas, gathering user feedback early and continuously refining solutions based on real-world insights and data
• Establish and maintain high engineering standards through clean architecture, reusable components, scalable systems, and a strong focus on long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product performance, determine future investment opportunities, and support the transition of successful products into long-term ownership models
