About The Position

CRI Advantage is supporting the State of Idaho (IDJC - Courts) in hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer to support the development of a legal case data portal. This application enables users to search, access, and analyze case data using a modern Microsoft and cloud-native technology stack. This role is fully onsite in Boise, ID. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with React
  • 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET (6/8)
  • 4+ years of experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
  • 2+ years of experience with dependency injection
  • 2+ years of experience with asynchronous programming (async/await)
  • 4+ years of experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • 2+ years of experience with unit and integration testing using NUnit
  • 2+ years of experience with RestSharp
  • 4+ years of experience with JSON serialization/deserialization
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS Lambda (C#)
  • 3+ years of experience with serverless application patterns
  • 2+ years of experience with Docker and Docker Compose
  • 4+ years of experience with Git
  • 4+ years of experience using Visual Studio
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS security best practices
  • Must be able to work fully onsite in Boise, ID
  • Must be able to complete an in-person interview

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with OpenSearch
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using Postman or similar tools
  • Knowledge of application security principles (OWASP Top 10)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a legal case data portal using .NET and React
  • Build backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/8)
  • Develop responsive, component-based user interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and, where applicable, SOAP-based services
  • Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda and related services
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and industry standards
