Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React)

CalliereToronto, ON
Hybrid

About The Position

You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering group building modern SaaS products used by thousands of business users every day. You’ll ship features end‑to‑end, from shaping ideas with product to getting reliable, secure code into production and seeing the impact. You’ll work in an Agile environment where releases are frequent, feedback is quick, and good engineering practices actually matter. Expect real ownership, the freedom to make technical decisions, and a team that cares about clean architecture over quick hacks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building and shipping production software in a team setting.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented design and web application architecture.
  • Comfortable collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders, not just other engineers.
  • Organized, able to juggle multiple initiatives without dropping quality.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.

Nice To Haves

  • If you like working across the stack and care about architecture (N‑tier, services, REST APIs, microservices, OOP), you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with product and design to turn business problems into simple, robust technical solutions.
  • Designing and implementing backend services and web applications on a modern Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, SQL Server).
  • Writing clear, well-structured, well-tested code with attention to performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Contributing to front-end features using React and modern JavaScript, keeping UI fast, accessible, and consistent across browsers.
  • Participating in code reviews, improving patterns and best practices, and keeping technical documentation useful instead of dusty.
  • Helping us evolve our DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows so shipping is safe, repeatable, and boring in the best possible way.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus annual bonus tied to team and company results.
  • Hybrid setup: typically 2–3 days a week in our downtown Toronto office, the rest from home.
  • A genuine focus on sustainable pace and work-life balance (we want you to have a life outside of code).
  • 25 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and all public holidays.
  • Comprehensive health and benefits coverage.
  • Employer contributions to RRSPs to support your long-term plans.
  • Annual budget for conferences, courses, and certifications so you can keep growing.
  • Bright, modern office a short walk from Union Station, making the commute painless.
