The company's conversational AI Chatbot and Voice products offer citizens instant, 24/7 access to government services, including answering questions, processing requests, and guiding constituents through complex municipal processes. The platform is transforming how millions of citizens connect with their local governments, aiming to make services more accessible, responsive, and efficient. The role involves working across the entire platform, developing both core infrastructure and AI features, and contributing to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent-government interactions. The tech stack is React/Typescript & Django/Python, though experience in these is not strictly required. The team is based in Chelsea, NYC, and operates as an in-person team.

Requirements

Experience in full stack web development
Strong back-end development skills
Experience building enterprise or consumer software
Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams
Comfort delivering software in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in applying technology to improve state and local government
