Requirements

• 2–6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong production experience with Python
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience shipping customer-facing product features
• Startup or high-growth product engineering experience
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Strong product sense
• Track record of moving quickly
• Comfort with full-stack ownership
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Build and ship customer-facing product features across the full stack
• Work across Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Own features end-to-end from ideation through deployment
• Translate customer workflows into scalable product capabilities
• Build AI-first workflow orchestration systems
• Improve platform reliability and performance under bursty workloads
• Drive product strategy alongside engineering execution
• Partner directly with customers and domain experts
• Improve engineering standards and development velocity
• Contribute to architecture evolution as the platform scales
• Ship rapidly in a high-ownership startup environment
• Help shape engineering culture during hypergrowth
