About The Position

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on an enterprise AI SaaS product and own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end. This is a hands-on role involving the development of user-facing features from idea to production, collaboration with engineering, product, and design to plan and ship features, and the design and implementation of AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. You will also partner with functional leaders across the organization, including GTM, finance, and customer support, to build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.

The role involves working through ambiguous problems in a fast-moving, experimental environment. Priorities may shift, and engineers are expected to iterate and ship quickly, often on a weekly cadence. The company does not yet have structured management, so this position calls for someone comfortable taking initiative and running with work independently. The role may require more than standard 9-to-5 hours, while allowing a flexible schedule and encouraging time off to recharge.

Requirements

• Likely 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Heavy user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Keeps up to date with AI developments, including new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling.
• Strong product and design taste, with a clear sense of what good looks like.
• Takes ownership and is comfortable driving an entire part of a product.
• Manages time and priorities well.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend as needed.
• Communicates clearly and works well with others, especially amid ambiguity.
• Has built and maintained production systems used by real users.
• Comfortable learning new tools and building things from scratch.

Nice To Haves

• Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products.
• Familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.

Responsibilities
