About The Position

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and modern backend technologies. Build and support scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Develop backend services using C#, .NET, Node.js, or Go. Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Build event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka and RabbitMQ. Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system design initiatives. Develop solutions for complex business workflows, payroll systems, and financial transaction processing. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed systems. Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Evaluate and leverage AI technologies, tools, and development practices to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities. Continuously improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

C# .NET / .NET Core
React
Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
Experience working across both frontend and backend applications.
Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Experience working with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.
Experience troubleshooting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.
Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and support applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, architecture choices, and implementation details.
Demonstrated ownership of projects and technical deliverables.

Nice To Haves

7-10 years of software engineering experience.
Experience working in Payroll, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other transaction-processing environments.
Experience building large-scale enterprise applications.
Experience designing highly scalable distributed systems.
Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-enabled software development.
