Full Stack Engineer
About The Position
This is an outstanding opportunity where you will play a key role on our engineering team within the Digital Experiences Technology division. You will contribute to architecting, building, testing, and crafting the features that improve Digital Experiences. Your leadership, guidance, and mentoring will be essential to the success of our team. Lead the development of innovative solutions that provide a seamless customer experience. Support and collaborate with an agile team to deliver best-in-class web applications. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 6+ years of comprehensive software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience decomposing complex business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a desire for continuous growth and learning.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in both server-side technologies (Java EE, Spring Boot) and client-side technologies (Angular 14+, JavaScript).
- Experience with enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts including source control management, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Experience with client-side unit testing frameworks and test runners such as Jasmine and Karma.
- Experience with Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) implementation.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
