About The Position

Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with React and Golang experience to join a team serving a US healthcare client. The role involves building innovative, cloud-native applications that power conversational AI and enterprise solutions. The engineer will develop scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and modern web applications using Golang and React, work with modern cloud technologies, and help deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React.
• At least 3 years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-powered solutions.
• Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Golang.
• Build responsive, reusable, user-friendly web applications using React and modern frontend development practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems to support data exchange and business workflows.
• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems, contributing to reliable, scalable, and efficient application architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code; participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to continuous improvements across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, using approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
