About The Position

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Transmit Security/CIAM for a contract opportunity with a leading Banking/Financial Services client. This role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, primarily using the Ping Identity platform. The developer will implement and maintain core IAM functionalities like Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation services, integrating various enterprise and cloud applications. The position also requires developing custom authentication components, supporting user lifecycle management, collaborating with security teams, performing platform maintenance and upgrades, and troubleshooting complex IAM issues. A key aspect of the role includes developing automation scripts, utilizing DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC), and developing on Cloud platforms like AWS. The role requires proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python for custom integrations and automation.

Requirements

Strong expertise in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID.
Proficiency in SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and federation.
Development experience.
Ability to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support IAM solutions using the Ping Identity platform, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID, and PingOne.
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive Authentication, and Federation services.
Configure and troubleshoot identity federation protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Federation, and SCIM.
Integrate enterprise and cloud applications with IAM services.
Develop custom authentication adapters, policies, and workflows.
Support user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce access control, identity governance, and compliance requirements.
Perform IAM platform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues across enterprise environments.
Develop automation scripts and APIs to streamline IAM operations.
Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Develop Cloud platforms with AWS, to design and deploy scalable IAM solutions.
Utilize DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools, to enhance deployment and operational efficiency.
Create custom integrations, adapters, or automation workflows in Java, .NET, or Python.
