About The Position

Elementor is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Internal Professional Services team in the Customer Experience (CX) department and help build and evolve its system. The role calls for a hands-on engineer with strong back-end and front-end skills who takes ownership of problems, works proactively, and delivers quickly. The developer will design, develop, and ship features across the full stack, from requirements through production. The work includes building services and APIs with Node.js and Python, developing and customizing WordPress solutions with PHP, creating responsive front-end interfaces, integrating internal and external services, and working with cloud infrastructure and databases. The role also involves maintaining code quality, collaborating with CX, Product, and R&D, and providing technical mentorship. Elementor describes itself as a website-building platform for WordPress professionals. It launched in Israel in 2016 and reports that its platform powers more than 16 million websites across more than 180 countries.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong back-end and front-end skills.
Strong front-end skills in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
Strong back-end skills in Node.js and Python, REST API design, and production-grade service development.
Proven experience developing and customizing WordPress with PHP.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform.
Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing.
Demonstrated ownership and a proactive approach, including taking projects from idea to completion with minimal guidance.
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously using agile development methodologies and sprints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
Experience with TypeScript.
Experience integrating with CRM or helpdesk platforms, such as Kustomer.
Experience mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship full-stack features from requirements through production.
