About The Position
Elementor is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Internal Professional Services team in its Customer Experience (CX) department and help build and evolve its system. The role calls for a strong engineer across both back end and front end, with at least four years of hands-on experience and the ownership to understand problems holistically, work independently, and deliver quickly. The position involves developing features from requirements through production, building services and interfaces, integrating systems, and collaborating with CX, Product, and R&D. It is described as temporary in the supplied title.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional Full Stack Developer experience, with strength in both back end and front end.
- Strong front-end skills with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Strong back-end skills with Node.js and Python, REST API design, and production-grade services.
- Proven experience developing and customizing WordPress with PHP.
- Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform.
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing.
- High ownership and a proactive mindset, with a track record of completing projects from idea to successful delivery with minimal guidance.
- Ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with agile development methodologies such as sprints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience integrating with CRM or helpdesk platforms such as Kustomer.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship full-stack system features from requirements through production.
- Build reliable, scalable, maintainable back-end services, APIs, and data models using Node.js and Python.
- Develop and customize WordPress solutions using PHP.
- Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces and user flows.
- Integrate the system with internal and external services and APIs.
- Manage and work with AWS cloud infrastructure and databases.
- Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, automated testing, and clear documentation.
- Proactively identify problems and opportunities, make pragmatic decisions, and deliver with ownership and minimal prompting.
- Collaborate with CX, Product, and R&D teams to turn needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to other developers.
