About The Position

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build agent-facing desktop applications and backend services for contact center operations. This role involves developing real-time call handling interfaces, integrating voice authentication and fraud detection systems, and building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, modern frontend frameworks (preferably React), and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Python and backend development
Proficiency in React (preferred) and modern frontend technologies
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (SNS, SQS)
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, call flows)
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
Strong understanding of security best practices
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Develop agent desktop interfaces for call handling, workflows, and real-time interactions
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
