Full Stack Developer
About The Position
ExtensisHR, a large Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. This role involves developing cutting-edge cross-platform integrations in a SaaS environment and with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, motivated, and prolific coder with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a small-team agile environment and takes pride in their work quality. The developer will participate in design and coding activities, implement the latest technologies following best practices, and contribute ideas for software improvement. Responsibilities include designing, reviewing, testing, debugging, analyzing, and modifying business applications, as well as providing technical support for various internal departments. This is a critical role on a fast-paced development team responsible for both front-end and back-end support and continued application development. The position is ideal for a developer looking to grow with the company, build their career, and who has an interest in cross-platform technology and solving technical challenges through building integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience up to 1 year preferred
- Proven knowledge and some hands-on experience using HTML, C#, SQL Server
- AI knowledge and practical usage
- BA or BS Degree required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks
- Prolonged use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, requiring repetitive motion
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds
- Occasional bending, reaching, and twisting to retrieve files or supplies
- Ability to walk throughout the office, including moving between different departments or meeting rooms
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing
- Ability to focus and maintain attention for long periods while working on various tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Nice To Haves
- A degree in computer science or similar is highly desirable
- Experience or knowledge with some of the following technologies are not necessary, but would be beneficial: Power Automate, MS Flows, MAUI
- Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications using C# / .NET / SQL
- Take technical ownership of work, delivering high-quality production-ready software
- Gather requirements and design full stack solutions
- Provide support on projects and deliverables with vendor partners
- Track the status of multiple ongoing projects
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and the organization
- Effectively use and understand artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance
- Maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to responsibilities
- Apply AI tools ethically and effectively
- Continuously develop AI proficiency
