Full Stack Developer C# / .NET
About The Position
We are hiring three Full Stack Developers to join an enterprise software development team. The role involves developing, integrating, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise web applications, including backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, business rules, reporting, and production support. Developers are expected to work autonomously on medium-to-high complexity requirements and collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and development team. The position is fully remote anywhere in Mexico, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Mexico Time. The contract is for 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension for up to three years. The stated monthly net salary is MXN $30,000–$33,000. The requested start date is January 4, 2027.
Requirements
- Practical experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
- Backend development experience, including API development and integration.
- Frontend development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Real Full Stack development experience; equal backend and frontend specialization is not required.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of layered architecture, dependency injection, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with software testing, technical documentation, and version control.
- Ability to independently handle medium-to-high complexity development requirements.
- Mandatory technical conversational English, including the ability to participate in technical discussions, explain solutions and development work, answer technical questions, and follow up on agreements with native English-speaking teams.
- Availability to start on January 4, 2027.

- Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, or Web API.
- Experience with Angular, React, or another modern frontend framework.
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Experience maintaining and supporting production applications.
- Approximately four years of software development experience is a reference, not a strict requirement; practical skills, autonomy, and demonstrated Full Stack capabilities are prioritized. Equivalent technologies may be considered when transferable skills and practical experience can be demonstrated.
Responsibilities
