LMI is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in Agentic AI to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This position requires an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, rapidly delivering results while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance preferred.
  • 3-5 years applying dev in a production environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency using tools to enhance existing code stacks at scale.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in developing, maintaining, and improving front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proficient in at least one back-end language (Python preferred) and one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred).
  • Familiarity with developing and consuming RESTful APIs for integration across systems.
  • Strong foundational skills for managing data within relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) environments.
  • Experience working in agile environments, including the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable using Git (GitLab preferred) for code development and collaboration.
  • Proficient in integrating with automated testing frameworks, following security protocols, and following secure, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience utilizing tools to optimize coding workflows and integrate advanced AI functionality.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of secure development and deployment pipelines, including infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with ETL tools, data pipeline management, and real-time analytics platforms.
  • Certifications such as Security+ or CISSP are highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced agentic AI tools to quickly add new functionality into existing code stacks within large, complex programs.
  • Make quick, high-impact contributions to strategically critical projects across LMI’s portfolio, ensuring program success and delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to identify pain points in existing systems and implement solutions in an agile environment.
  • Transition seamlessly between programs, applying technical expertise to prioritize and address the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Analyze customer requirements and program objectives to develop innovative solutions that align with mission needs.
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and adhere to development timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices across all projects.
  • Document technical solutions and improvements for knowledge transfer between teams and programs.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to guarantee performance, scalability, and reliability of updated or newly developed code.
