Join our team in Montreal as a Developer – Business Systems for Connected Factory within our Satellite Systems division and take part in innovative projects that push the limits of space technology! This is for a 24 month mandate with possibility of extension or permanence.

Requirements

Bilingual, spoken and written (French/English)
Degree in management of information systems, computer science, computer engineering, software development, software engineering or equivalent, combined with five (5) or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for custom applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks like React.
Develop server-side logic, business rules, and create/consume RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration between systems.
Design database schemas and write efficient stored procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create technical documentation.
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing, and troubleshoot/debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Utilize version control systems like Gitlab and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including bug fixes and performance tuning.
Attend team and project review meetings and provide appropriate updates. The work and code must be documented in accordance with the latest defined processes.
