About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Full-Stack and Mobile Application Engineer for an upcoming project opportunity: 05626P0001 - Paid Detail Application and Software Platform. The New York City Police Department (NYPD) seeks an existing, scalable electronic platform and application for scheduling Paid Detail assignments and supporting assignment, billing, and reporting workflows. This role will support the design and delivery of officer, supervisor, client, and administrator experiences across web and mobile channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, accessible workflows for availability, detail discovery, assignment, notifications, approvals, time confirmation, and status tracking.
• Build maintainable APIs, business services, validation, error handling, automated tests, telemetry, and administrative features.
• Address responsive behavior, mobile reliability, offline/poor-connectivity considerations, performance, and release discipline.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
