The Full Service Server provides outstanding customer service in Nordstrom’s Bazille restaurant at NorthPark Center. The role involves sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, suggesting additional items, and supporting other restaurant areas when requested.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers.
- Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate.
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
