Requirements

  • Proven success sourcing and recruiting in the government contracting cleared arena.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external people.
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot problems related to HR data and compliance.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively..
  • Strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Dependable and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  • Familiarity with security clearance processes.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and general technical fields.
  • Excellent communication skills including comfort with web portals and sending professional emails to potential candidates.
  • Experience cold calling/networking with potential talent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with contract start-ups; incumbent captures; and resume templates for customer approval.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to create competitive advantages in the effort to hire highly sought after talent.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct talent market research and emerge as a authority on Vibrint's business portfolio and candidate profiles.
  • Act as a career coach and ally to each candidate within your network.
  • Review resumes daily, matching candidates with roles for mutual fit.
  • Search job pools and recruiting portals for available talent.
  • Serve as a thought leader, sharing ideas on how to best find and hire talent.
  • Conduct phone interviews; schedule in-person interviews and assess talent for roles.
  • As a full life-cycle, talent acquisition professional, document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, capabilities, and other details.
  • Prepare candidate and job-fit summaries for submission of candidate profiles.
  • Represent the Vibrint at external events and engage with prospective candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency, and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractor partner companies to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
