Requirements

  • 1 or more years of professional sales experience in high-activity, commission-driven, or relationship-heavy environments (Automotive, retail, wireless, inside sales, etc.)
  • Proven Sales Spark: 1+ years of verifiable professional sales experience in a high-activity, target-driven, or commission-heavy environment. If you’ve successfully sold cars, software, cell phones, memberships, or gym packages—you have the foundation we want.
  • High Verbal Activity: Complete comfort picking up the phone, making cold and warm outbound calls daily, and controlling a professional business conversation.
  • Mental Resilience: A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the thick skin required to handle professional rejection daily without losing momentum.
  • Exceptional Trust-Building: Strong active listening skills with the natural ability to build rapid rapport, authority, and trust with corporate decision-makers.
  • Long-Term Income Motivation: A strong desire to build long-term equity, client loyalty, and a compounding commission pipeline rather than chasing short-term, flat corporate stability.
  • Proximity & Tenure: A reliable, stable employment history showing commitment to your past teams, and permanent residency within 20 minutes of Brookfield, WI.
  • Must be a United States Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into comprehensive, hands-on training to master full desk recruitment methodology, advanced headhunting tactics, and our cloud-based Applicant Tracking System
  • Prospect, cold-call, and aggressively develop long-term business relationships with manufacturing executives, business owners, and engineering hiring managers across Wisconsin
  • Conduct high-volume, targeted outbound phone outreach to both prospective corporate clients and passive, high-talent technical professionals
  • Develop, refine, and present compelling, consultative verbal marketing messages that cut through the noise and land exclusive hiring contracts
  • Recruit, interview, screen, and thoroughly vet technical professionals to match the precision requirements of our clients
  • Own the entire placement lifecycle from start to finish—coordinating interviews, managing client-candidate feedback loops, overcoming objections, and closing job offers
  • Relentlessly organize your day around high-impact, revenue-producing phone and email activities
