About The Position

This is a part-time position at Jackpot Junction in Morton, MN, with an evening/late night shift that includes weekends. The role involves operating a Micros computer terminal, collecting payments, managing cash control, and balancing the cash drawer. Responsibilities also include assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving products to guests, maintaining portion and product knowledge, utilizing proper rotation and sanitization techniques, adhering to safety procedures, stocking products, and keeping areas clean and organized. The position requires sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures, and the ability to work any scheduled hours, including weekends and potential schedule changes.

  • Ability to be dependable and self-motivated.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitization practices.
  • Basic food preparation skills.
  • Good coordination and awareness.

  • Mobility throughout the facility.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly.
  • Ability to twist, bend and squat frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
