About The Position

SecurityScorecard is seeking a Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to join their lean, high-performing team. This role will partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches, primarily focusing on business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialists, and associates. The ideal candidate is an organized and resilient operator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Responsibilities include staying responsive to candidates and hiring managers, maintaining flawless documentation in Greenhouse and talent trackers, and managing searches using funnel metrics and channel mix. The role requires a security mindset, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and a willingness to take on any task, from sourcing to interview coordination. This is a fully remote position within the USA, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone or NYC tri-state area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Greenhouse Proficiency (Absolute Must): Ability to open and configure jobs, schedule interviews, utilize assessment integrations/automations, and tune external postings independently.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Tools: Expert-level capability with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation, job post optimization).
  • Deep comfort using talent CRMs/engagement platforms (e.g., Gem, SourceWhale) and boolean search strategies to map markets, mine referrals, and enrich passive talent profiles.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to manage by metrics, understand channel efficiency, and translate data into pipeline action.
  • Speed and Agility: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, deal effectively with ambiguity, be decisive, highly organized, and move fast.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interviewing: Skilled behavioral interviewer with immaculate external messaging, grammar, and written communication.
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Fluency: Resilient and reflective, viewing feedback as a gift and actively looking for micro-improvements. Ability to smartly leverage modern AI tools to augment and scale sourcing and writing workflow authentically and defensively.
