About The Position
We’re seeking a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing space—particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities, this is a great chance to grow your career while supporting North American clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and placement, all within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video
- Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Growth mindset — eager to learn and advance in recruitment
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments
Nice To Haves
- Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a plus
- Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience
