About The Position

Eastside Exterminators is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process from requisition to start date, with approximately 80% of their time dedicated to recruiting. The remaining 20% will involve supporting onboarding, HRIS upkeep, and daily people operations. There is a possibility of a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days at their HQ office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works at a fast pace, and is committed to providing an excellent experience for candidates and new hires.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year running full-cycle searches independently
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with basic employment law and hiring compliance (EEO, I-9, pay transparency)
  • Strong organization and follow-through; you can juggle multiple requisitions and admin deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Clear, professional communication with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Willing to travel to our Oregon offices as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • HR administration or coordinator experience (onboarding, HRIS, benefits)
  • Experience recruiting for pest control or similar field
  • Working knowledge of Washington-specific employment requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for 2-10 open roles at a time across the organization
  • Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and realistic timelines
  • Write and post job descriptions that are compliant with Washington pay transparency requirements
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops; keep candidates informed at every stage
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (APS Hire) and report on time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel metrics
  • Extend and negotiate offers; run background checks and reference checks
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
  • Occasionally assist with new-hire onboarding: I-9/E-Verify, paperwork, system access, first-week scheduling
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Workday) and ensure data accuracy for payroll and benefits
  • Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) and support offboarding
  • Help administer benefits enrollment and answer first-line employee questions
  • Assist with HR projects: engagement surveys, policy updates, employee events, and handbook maintenance
