Requirements

  • Must have 24 months experience in sales, account management, or team support.
  • Must be skilled in B2C or B2B sales; must be skilled in using CRM software like Salesforce to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor and track sales performance using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), including creating and updating reports and dashboards.
  • Coach and support individual sales representatives to meet goals and develop skills.
  • Assist in implementing sales processes and procedures to improve team productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Product, Customer Service, HR) to support sales activities.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM.
