About The Position
The Bellevue YMCA is seeking a Full Circle Coordinator to lead and develop impactful programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for participants, ensuring they have enriching experiences in Spirit, Mind, and Body.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- A four-year degree OR a combination of life/work experience and education
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body
- Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members
- Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community
- Assist with administrative duties and program development
