About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all financial transactions, reporting, and record-keeping for the organization. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and financial expertise to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting while working closely with leadership to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a full-charge role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and year-end tax filings.
  • Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and internal processes.
