About The Position

VP Racing is seeking a full-time Fulfillment Warehouse Worker to join their high-performance team. This role is based at their warehouse location in Elmendorf, TX, and is vital to day-to-day operations, ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and accurately from storage to shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are paramount. The position is for the first shift, from 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High levels of accuracy, timeliness, and dependability.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Ability to assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

Follow all VP Racing safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pick, pack, label, and prepare products accurately for shipment.
Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
Palletize, wrap, strap, and stage finished product for outbound orders.
Perform RF-Smart/NetSuite transactions related to picking, shipping, and inventory.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if certified.
Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and proper labeling.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to meet fulfillment deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned to support fulfillment operations.
