About The Position

The Fulfillment role executes the daily order picking, quality control and shipping process to ensure accuracy and productivity to service our customers. This role also helps execute shipping provider elements and general operational and facility needs. This is a seasonal (4-8 week), full-time position, 5 days per week that may lead to a permanent position. Some overtime may be required including Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in order fulfillment and ship processing and/or warehouse operations.
• Basic understanding/prior usage of tools used to support order picking, preparation, and packing.
• Reliable & punctual
• Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven mindset with sound decision-making capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills & communication.
• Detailed and collaborative driven approach to find solutions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locate and pack products using proper packaging process and materials.
• Execute order quality control, packaging, and shipping procedures to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Ensure fulfilled orders are accurate to best service customer expectation.
• Ensure orders are packaged efficiently for cost effective shipping aligned with company and customer expectations.
• Support picking and packaging of freight orders and communicating with freight department.
• Multi-tasking with a high degree of accuracy.
• Duties as assigned.
