About The Position

Pandora’s US Distribution Center is looking to hire a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant! This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our stores receive best in class service with their orders and returns. Become a part of the world’s largest Jewelry brand by joining our Operations team, and help us “give a voice to people’s loves”! We are not your typical warehouse environment, come see for yourself!
This will be a Seasonal position to support during Pandora’s peak periods. The standard schedule for this role is 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday with opportunities for overtime. Some part-time and flexible scheduling options may be considered

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Basic mathematical skills required
• High attention to detail; able to accurately and efficiently perform repetitive, routine tasks
• Remain calm and composed under pressure
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Team player mentality
• Possess ability to bend, kneel, reach and left arms
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day; occasional lifting of 30 pounds or more
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar environment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick ordered products and check components and quantities against the Pick
• Check-in and process returned inventory
• Maintain a safe, secure working environment by following safety & security rules and regulations
• Accept personal accountability for work by initialing all transactions and owning up to errors
• Support any colleagues who need assistance
• Possess the ability to meet production goals
• Assist and perform work duties in other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
