About The Position

This role is for a Command Center Warehouse Specialist (Fulfillment Specialist) at TP, a leading global provider of digital business services. The position requires the ability to track incoming and outgoing components, manage a trouble ticket system, understand safe packing procedures and shipping methods, and address technical problems efficiently. The role also requires adherence to work schedules, management directives, and company policies.

Requirements

Must have a strong understanding of Communication (Video, Data and Voice) networking components, PC Hardware/Software and Operating Systems
One year of Technical Support & Network service experience in a related field preferred
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Be detail-oriented and well organized
Strong customer service skills, confident at handling escalations in a calm and professional manner
Must be able to work onsite in Waterloo
Basic computer skills
Must be flexible to work any 5 days and any 8 hours between 9AM-8PM
Very good attendance habits
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a changing environment
High level of expertise in Teleperformance & client policies, tools, applications & practices
Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
