About The Position

As a 503B Fulfillment Technician, you will help ensure hormone pellets are shipped and received accurately and with care so patients receive their medications safely and on time. You will work with the operations team to handle materials properly, track shipments, maintain records, and support compliance with FDA regulations, 503B guidelines, cGMP, and company policies.

Requirements

• Keen attention to detail and ability to promptly detect and communicate potential quality-related issues.
• No prior felonies and no misdemeanors related to controlled substances.
• Ability to pass initial and subsequent drug tests for illicit drugs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or pharmaceutical compounding; experience in a 503B setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments of hormone pellets, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting products according to regulatory and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, record inventory transactions, and conduct regular stock audits to support product availability and prevent discrepancies.
• Check products for damage, expiration dates, and accurate labeling in accordance with quality protocols.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and current records of shipments and received products in compliance with 503B guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient fulfillment operations and help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines for material handling, including FDA, cGMP, and other relevant standards.
