Responsibilities include balancing service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment duties. The role requires using the Orders App for various order types and partnering with the Pro Sales team for Pro Call Ahead Orders. Additionally, the team lead will support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction. Ensuring fulfillment areas are safe, organized, and compliant through daily checks and enforcing safety standards is crucial. The position also requires operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment like Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety requirements. Assisting with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities in partnership with leadership is also part of the role. Obtaining powered equipment certification is required if not already certified. Other duties may be assigned to support business needs.
