This is a full-time role within the Fulfillment Team. The Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for coaching and modeling service excellence in picking, staging, and order validation. They will respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed. The role involves balancing service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities. The Team Lead will use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill various order types and partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are handled correctly. They will also support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction. Ensuring fulfillment areas are safe, organized, and compliant is a key duty, as is operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment like Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck. The role may involve assisting with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities, and may include other duties to support business needs.
