About The Position

The Fulfillment-Supt II operates a scale for incoming and outgoing trucks, records truck and product information, processes customer payments, and provides basic customer assistance. The role compiles sales and inventory reports, maintains petty cash records, supports drivers and Sales, and performs other duties as assigned. The position may require travel to different locations and involves working in a dusty, noisy environment, standing for several hours, and lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.

Requirements

Some experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask with intense concentration to ensure accuracy of operations and reports.
Ability to stand for several hours per day and work for long periods without a break.
Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment.
Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds and bend and stoop to file or retrieve records and stock supplies.

Responsibilities

Operate a scale to weigh incoming and outgoing trucks.
Ensure tickets contain appropriate customer, job, and product-weight information.
Accept credit card and cash payments and record them for Accounts Receivable.
Provide customers with basic information about the type, quality, quantity, and timeliness of deliveries; refer customers to Sales for further assistance when needed.
Compile daily reports, including Daily Production Sales and Inventory (DPSI) and Customer Summary Reports for crushed concrete materials sold.
Record petty cash receipts and disbursements, complete and log sales receipts, and submit records to Accounts Payable for petty cash reimbursement.
Answer phones, assist drivers as needed, and support Sales with customer orders as needed.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Travel to different locations as needed.
